NcSTAR VISM Expert Plate Carrier is a MOLLE-enabled carrier designed for configurable armor layouts. It uses front, back, and side MOLLE webbing for easy accessory mounting, with internal compartments for soft ballistic panels and dedicated pockets to hold 11in x 14in shooters cut Level III+ plates.
