The VISM by NcSTAR Expert Plate Carrier Vest is a size Small MOLLE plate carrier designed to let you configure your loadout quickly. It includes internal compartments for soft ballistic panels and a separate pocket layout for inserting ballistic plates, plus a dedicated front and back panel area for the included Level IIIA 8 x 10 ballistic protection.
